I’ve worked for print publications such as the Statesman, where I covered local news and profiled artists and celebrities, as well as for online publications such as Femestella, The Portalist, Eye Art Collective, Culture Head, and Blasting News, where I wrote op-eds on the intersection of politics and pop culture. I was a Marketing Intern at Kolkata Bloggers for the International Kolkata Bookfair 2017, a Social Media Intern at Quail Bell Magazine and the SEO Correspondent at Adroit Journal.
Theatre:
I was the scriptwriter, dramaturge, and actor in Yerma (a play by Federico Garcia Lorca), directed by Dr. Ananda Lal, that premiered in the G.D Birla Shabhaghar Theatre Festival, 2016.
