About Me

wordsmith, visual artist & tarot card reader with a love for all things vintage & darkly fantastical

Hi! My name is Archita and I love to tell stories with words and images.

I currently work as a freelance writer, graphic designer, ideator and teacher. With several international publications and awards to my credit, I enjoy taking up challenging creative projects. I also have a fondness for all things vintage and darkly fantastical and occasionally practice as a tarot card reader.

My work (ghostwritten or otherwise) has been published, profiled or is forthcoming in Thought Catalog, Gurl, New York Film Academy, Huffinton Post, Lifehack, The Statesman, Her Culture, Luna Luna Magazine, FluentU, Winter Tangerine Review, Maudlin House, School of Witchery, Youth Ki Awaaz, Blasting News, Open Road Review and others.

I also serve as the Poetry Editor for Quail Bell Magazine and a Prose Editor for Inklette. I am also open to doing book reviews on my blog and assist with social media marketing for my clients, in addition to content writing, ideation and other design needs.

I’m a student of English Literature at Jadavpur University, and I also have a Diploma in Multimedia and Animation from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
